Ville Hakala has secured his first Festival win this series and his fourth cash in total here in Rozvadov. He beat Leslie Smith heads-up, winning €3,060 in the process.
This is how the winning hand played out: Smith called in the small blind. Hakala raised to pot in the big blind and Smith called.
Smith then led out of turn on the flop of A K 2 before checking. Hakala asked the dealer if Smith's bet still stands if he checks. Hakala then checked and Smith put in the rest of his chips, around 140,000 into a pot of 420,000. Hakala called.
Hakala had Q Q 7 J and Smith had A 2 5 8 . Smith was ahead with top and bottom pair and the 7 changed nothing.
However Hakala spiked a set on the Q river to finish the tournament.
